I am a student journalist currently studying MA Journalism at the University of Sheffield and working towards an NCTJ Gold Diploma. 

I chose to pursue a career in journalism because of my curiosity about the world around me and my passion for storytelling.

I want to ensure the public can access accurate, transparent reporting and highlight underrepresented voices and stories in my work. 

I recently achieved my first regional byline for the Sheffield Star and have produced multimedia news articles for the Sheffield Wire. 

I have contributed arts and entertainment reviews to several online publications including Empoword Journalism, The Indiependent and Redbrick Newspaper. 

When I am not working, I can be found reading a good novel, writing pieces of prose and poetry and enjoying time with friends and family.
